I hope so! it didn’t come off that way tbh. I don’t think cozy games should ever be compared to trad wife/anything alt right. in my experience that couldn’t be farther from the truth. cozy gamers already have a hard enough time getting taken seriously and welcomed in to the gaming community.

absolutely! that's a great point. even as a life long gamer, I never really felt "accepted" in the gaming community until I started focusing more on cozy games and meeting more like minded people that also play them.

let’s talk about how queer people have found a sense of identity within cozy games that allow expression through character creators and dating characters of any gender.
a game offering gameplay mechanics such as romance, creating a homestead, etc does not mean those are inherently heteronormative.
