2) I have strawberry protein powder and low-fat milk. Used my milk frother because shaking it didn't help. I also don't have those shaker bottles, which I don't particularly like their cap design; wasn't particularly keen on pulling out the blender either.

1) You can use a milk frother to mix your protein powder and your liquid carrier. It'll come out to a smooth consistency if you spend a minute or so mixing it this way.

2) It doesn't hurt as much now, and I can move it around without it feeling as much in pain as I did at first. Might take a week or so for it to stop hurting altogether.

Right now I'm just hella sore and tired.

1) Realized why my elbow has been hurting for the last couple of weeks.

I lifted a barbell with that same arm and was struggling. Likely injured something in the elbow area.

4) Dad had the same happen a couple of months ago and I had to explain that I'm the one responsible for him getting his health checked out and they still tried pushing it.

Why does the whole thing feel super shady?

3) I had to practically yell that I'm not interested and that in the years I've had their insurance that I hadn't gotten any call like this before this they never tried pulling this with me.

He was still polite and said if I ever changed my mind that the opportunity is good up to a year.

2) I just got the call and the guy tried scheduling me for an income visit. When I explained that I have a primary I go see and that I don't need anyone coming in my home for any of it he tried saying I could do a video visit, go meet with my primary, and said that it's part of my benefits package.

1) Anyone else getting calls from your health insurance or whatever you have, where the person who calls is trying to get you to have a clinician come to your home to do all the stuff you do with your doc, like vitals and med review?

I have that neurodivergence in which I will be playing a game (House Flipper, of course), listening to music, scrolling social media, and watching a show with Dad.
