I like it probably more than that Chris….Meant to Be is the best song they have recorded for quite some time to my ears.
I’ve enjoyed it more than any other album since The Whole Love, without scaling those heights.
HSCS is an excellent EP. Leaves a real impression for only having 6 songs.

Are The Beths one of the best indie-pop acts around?
Reckon they are one of the best acts around these days full stop.
Insecure lyrics wrapped by fabulous hooks, instantly hummable, totally infectious melodies. This is a superb album.
Grandaddy have been around for a while…with a break up or two, they have a superb discography. If you like the likes of Mercury Rev, you’ll probably enjoy them.

Saw them perform last summer & a couple of songs from this were previewed. Etienne commented they were still learning how to play them live, so it’s really good to hear them fully fleshed out now.
Thoroughly enjoying this…the poppier end of shoegaze😎
Unfortunately these days, copies Sophtware Slump & Sumday are like hen’s teeth. Last Place & Blu Wave are available at fairly decent prices, especially on Discogs.
Summerteeth I would love Carl, but can’t bring myself to pay the price it goes for at the minute. I feel your pain🙈
