Okay folks... I'm looking for feedback on my holiday rental property analysis tool (reestit.com). It's been out there for a month and, to be honest, I'm none the wiser about what folks think about it. In particular, if there was one thing it doesn't currently do that you wish it could, I'm all ears.

Requesting a summary couldn't be easier: paste an Airbnb property page URL into the URL field, choose an analytical lens (Sea Salt Drift can be a hoot), hit Smoke Out the Truth
For a quick fix, "Try a recent smoke" will pull something from the cache

The ugly truth about AI: It costs money.
Right now, Reestit is free. I’m paying the LLM bills myself because I want this to exist. To stop myself from going bankrupt, there are strict daily limits per user. 🛑
For the tech-curious:

The stats? I’ve been fully agentic for 1 month. In that time, I built the entire repo, the analysis pipeline, extension, and full CI/CD
Without the Agent? Given the learning curve, this would've taken 6+ months. It felt less like using a tool, more like jamming with a colleague who types 1000 wpm
Scraping and LLMs are brittle. So I built The Watchtower - a custom reliability dashboard. It tracks Canaries (test properties) across different regions to detect Forensic Drift (when Airbnb changes their schema).
If the hearth isn't hot, I know exactly which data field broke before a user does. 🏰
The Aha moment
I am NOT remotely a web dev. I’m technically aware, but web dev isn't really in my wheelhouse
I acted as Architect/PM. Antigravity (my Agentic AI partner) was Senior Engineer. I didn't just prompt; I pair-programmed. We argued about CSS, debated race conditions, refactored codebases
But copying URLs is so 2024.
I also shipped the **Reestit Stoker** - a Chrome extension that lives on your Airbnb tabs. One click "stokes the fire" and sends the property straight to the summary engine. 🪵🔥
It turns browsing into scouting.
Reestit ingests reviews and uses LLMs to "smoke" them into three distinct flavors:
🥃 **Peat Fire** (The balanced, nuanced take)
🌿 **Birch Wisp** (Focusing on the genuine positives)
🧂 **Sea-Salt Drift** (Forensic wit and unvarnished clarity)
Reestit (Shetland/Scots for "cured/smoked") is my attempt at automating the detective work to find the vital context - like construction noise next door, mattresses made of concrete, or perhaps the host who leaves a lovely welcome hamper - that defines a trip but gets lost in the noise.
