Weβre moving in! Posters are going up, coffee is being ordered, and the countdown is real.
Final prep before minds meet in Frankfurt. 2 days until we start
#ConferenceVibes #RNAmods #HRP2025
The conference print materials have arrived β and so has the excitement!
π§ Our goal? To build the foundation for reproducible RNA mass spectrometry, where labs worldwide can trust and compare results.
#HRP2025 #RNAstandards #SciModom
In only 4 days, weβre combining theory and practice: the training module of HRP 2025 covers protocols, tools, and expert insights β from digestion to data analysis.
Perfect for anyone entering the field or refreshing their skills.

Three instruments, one goal: the Kaiser Lab Agilent setup is now ready to contribute to our harmonization mission.
Side by side with Thermo and Bruker, this is harmonization in action.
#Agilent #HRP2025 #LCMS 5 days left!
6 days to go!
Precision incoming: The Bruker instrument is now in set-up and ready for action! Thanks for everyone who made this possible!
Can three platforms agree on what modified RNA looks like? Follow us and find out.

Behind every workshop, thereβs serious logistics: last week we welcomed the Thermo system that will power part of our experimental module.
Big thanks to everyone who made this happen!

Our experimental module is the heart of the workshop:
3 platforms, 1 benchmark dataset, and a clear mission β harmonize how we measure modified RNA.
Get ready to generate data that shapes the future.

only 9 days left until the HRP Workshop 2025!
Hereβs a first look at our talks and breakout sessions: the program reflects the full diversity of the RNA modification field.
Designed for discussion, connection, and community progress.

This new preprint was designed so poorly that it provides absolutely no proof that mRNA vaccines caused cancer/other diseases.
It compared 10 (!) handpicked sick patients to 803 healthy patients. And behold, they show different RNA expression profiles. Because they were sick.

1st Workshop of the Human RNome Project - Scientific Revolution Begins in Frankfurt! #HRP2025 @goetheuni.bsky.social
10 days to go!
Unfortunately this was not done with my lab. I think it was done with Tobias Kaiser's Lab?
Another great RNA modification-mass spec paper from @kaiserlab.bsky.social which we were very happy to contribute! @biouea.bsky.social @norwichrnaclub.bsky.social www.sciencedirect.com/science/arti...
The Kaiser Lab is happy to host this workshop at @goetheuni.bsky.social in wonderful Frankfurt, Germany. Here is a sneak preview on the draft program.
Join us in Frankfurt, Aug 4β9, for the 2025 Human RNome Project Workshop!
Focus: RNA modifications, mass spec, direct RNA seq & more. Help shape the roadmap to decode the human RNome.

You thought Glu/Asp don't like RNA or DNA? Maybe you even introduced them into your protein to stop such interactions?
