Good article but doesn't consider the big elephant in the room. The bill says you can apply for consent from the High Court if expected to die within 6 months. What application to the Family Division will be heard in 6 months???!

I think DNA kits are rubbish. My father's side of the family is almost completely Welsh. My daughter's DNA kit result referred to her Welsh dynasty as being less than 10%. Laughable.
