Yeah I was checking out the Shun knives. Seems like people like them. But I hear they’re more difficult to take care of. Like you have to hand wash them immediately- can’t let them sit unwashed for too long. And never in the dishwasher. But for top end knives I guess that’s just the deal.

Any recommendations on serious kitchen knives? Tips? Japanese vs German vs other?

And it seems like escalation is exactly what the administration wants. And the networks blow isolated incidents out of proportion - like the entire city is a battle zone, which it’s not.

I think this is just trump attacking a city and governor that he doesn’t like.

I moved to Boston a little while ago so I can’t really comment firsthand. Seems like it started out fairly minor and localized to specific areas - and peaceful from what I understand. But I think the response has been very heavy handed and physical - escalating instances.

My guess: They’re going to use tax money to buy a bunch of crypto / “stable coins” as some sort of “federal crypto reserves” - and then lose it all in a mysterious wallet hack.
