It’s confusing to patients, and even healthcare workers, when trying to distinguish between “dementia” and “Alzheimer’s.” So here’s a schematic with different types of dementia (most common).
“Dementia” is an umbrella word. There are many different pathologies & presentations.
Panoptics might be a better investment (specialty dependent). I saw an ophtho resident using one with her phone, she showed me pictures of it, and I was blown away!
