Donโ€™t they look at them when they come in? They could have contacted my doctor in those 5 hours to find a substitute. (It took me 3 more days before I got my medication.)

How about the doctorโ€™s office sends pharmacy the script. I wait 5 hours before side I am working and go to pick it up only to be told it is out of stock and they will have to order it (oh, and itโ€™s out of stock everywhere). Would they have not looked at the doctorโ€™s script if I hadnโ€™t stopped by?
