Donโt they look at them when they come in? They could have contacted my doctor in those 5 hours to find a substitute. (It took me 3 more days before I got my medication.)
How about the doctorโs office sends pharmacy the script. I wait 5 hours before side I am working and go to pick it up only to be told it is out of stock and they will have to order it (oh, and itโs out of stock everywhere). Would they have not looked at the doctorโs script if I hadnโt stopped by?
