#EconSky - genuinely curious - I see jobs get posted on HigherEdJobs or on the Chronicle much later than on AEA - sometimes after deadlines reported on AEA - what does this reflect? Places still accepting applications? This happens even after interviews have been scheduled.

FYI: Wisconsin accounts for just over 50% of all domestic sales of Korbel brandy (in 2019, no reason to believe that's any different now).

We welcome individuals with a background in either applied microeconomics or heterogeneous agents macro. Base location is negotiable - but we would like the postdoc to spend significant time at both USC and UW-Milwaukee.
The projects should also make use of molecular genetic data which are being collected from UAS respondents. Such data could be used to explore treatment effect heterogeneity, the role of private information in health decisions, the intergenerational transmission of health, etc.
The UAS is an online panel of ~13,000 Americans. The postdoc will have substantial freedom to shape the project(s) that they work on, but we are particularly interested in topics related to aging, cognitive decline, and human capital accumulation over the life cycle.
