As someone with ADHD, it's the small wins that make the difference.
-keeping an area tidy
-reading 10 pages in a book
-sitting in a low lighted area with music and no doomscrolling.
It's these little wins that count, cos they are foundational for the big wins later.
Been a total ass at regular posting, will do better from here on.
I decided to take a week off from streaming, nothing too serious just want a lil break and to deal with personal matters.
I will return on the 17th with greater regular posting habits.

Monday is to be the no stream day, not Tuesday.
Prior arrangements have been made, and I got the days confused.
