TJ Klune’s 2-book story is an allegory to the US today. It’s charming, and a good lesson in fighting for everyone’s rights.

Talarico has openly opposed Christian nationalism, and has correctly labeled MAGA Christians unchristian.

Great work. One thing that didn’t come up when you were talk about young people, and that I think I am seeing, is that they are challenging their parents to think differently and do better. I applaud them, and I hope they keep at it.

Our priest tried to tell us who to vote for once. My husband stood up and said “you don’t have the right to tell us who to vote for in this country” and marched the entire family out of mass.
Maybe that is where our kids got their radical devotion to our democracy. 😊
