I wasn't sure about their choice to set it in the 32nd century but with how fucked the galaxy has been, all the cadets have seen some shit, and it's great to see them learning to be Starfleet

I normally despise coming of age highschool dramas but Starfleet Academy is actually really good so far! It just feels like everyone involved really loves Trek, has an almost Lower Decks quality to it
