Instinctively he pulled back right as he heard the clink of the tiles of the eaves as something, or someone, tentatively landed at the top. If one didn't know any better, they would have thought the sounds were of a cat that had wandered in. or Guide Lan Wangji meets Sentinel Wei Wuxian.

The second sketch has a grown-up wangxian hybrids sitting down on the ground. #TGCF I think it's a common thought that one of the main reasons Hua Cheng created Ghost City was so he could build power in order to better find and assist Xie Lian.

But I also love to think about all the ways Ghost City doesn't fully fit the assist-Xie Lian theory. Hua Cheng clearly cares about

It ended up being very long, but there were a lot of threads to tie up and pieces to set in motion before the ending. 😅
