I continue to be convinced that @Itch.io is taking so long to pay people because they're misusing funds owed to creators similar to the Boundless/Unbound situation.
I really hope that it's not the case but people waiting months for their money isn't a good sign.
I put two in my deck for Standard Showdown and somehow managed to get it at the start of every single match. I got to actually equip it once, so that's something.
I was thinking Cool but Rude, Raphael's technique and Alania, Divergent Storm.
Trigger Raphael's technique twice and so long as you had three cards in hand with the first trigger you'll hit 20 dmg.
There's probably a faster way to get there that I haven't thought of.

I really want to figure out a Cool but Rude deck for Standard where I can discard 10 cards in a turn and hit an opponent for 20.
Chip damage is fine but doing it all in one turn is funny.

The single Oviya, Automech Artisan I'd thrown in my deck last minute did a lot more work than I'd expected, I think leaning into that more and dropping manifest dread might be the better move. Losing the Manifest Dread would also open up space for other instant and sorcery.
This weeks Standard Showdown result: 1-2. My manifest dread/airbending deck lost to: an Ardyn the Usurper deck that was able to cheat out big threats faster than I could, and a Tolls of war/Elspeth Storm Slayer deck that went too wide for me to combat.

I like the Phyrexian symbol one but prefer the colours on the left one.
An 'unoptimized' deck that has a story or theme is so much more fun to play than something that is built to win as often as possible IMO. When I go to my LGS it's to have fun playing magic, winning is just a bonus, I could lose every game and still have a great time.

With equipment and auras there's so many options for a Dogmeat deck! I like to think when I give him the Buster sword he's carrying it like Sif from Dark Souls.
