Oh that's just a slate path next to an active Geyser. The "power lines" are basically just rope velvet meant to keep tourists out. Enough idiots have been trying to put their limbs close to the actual geysers trying to "see how hot it is".

Second last day here in Iceland so I've slowed down work a fair bit to actually be a tourist while I'm here, did actually do the Sky lagoon yesterday though!
