challenge two in this years @cgwiki.bsky.social discord #vexember. This is some lerping and some simple vector addition, nothing wild!
dusting off my account to inform you that #sidefxhoudini #vexember 2025 has commenced over on the @cgwiki.bsky.social discord. Kicking off, we're keeping it simple with some basic attribute animation through code to get what could be a loading animation, fui elements, etc.
I also did try flow a long while back and didn't hate it either, haven't seen the newest incarnation but both of these are probably great references for everyday usability
simple sliders for in and out easing, button to "audit" an existing pair and retrieve the curve, lots of utility from sparse inputs
definitely look at AE mt mograph "motion" for an amazing UI around quick easing tasks

for #vexember 4 we're escaping to the one place that hasn't been corrupted by capitalism: space!
