Multiple ideas
This is about contemplating multiple thoughts at once. Part of my synesthesia, thoughts also appear as images. Similar to music. This is what it looks like to me.

Ohh the salt flats of Utah are amazing. I have been out there a few times. Once woke up out in the middle of it after a rave in Park City. Could see my tire tracks leading to the mountains. No idea how my psychedelic filled head found my way there 🤣😂 oh to be young.
