Now, I occasionally have some leaks but it's nothing compared to what I've known before. Having to Need diapers every day was horrible. I'm just beginning to enjoy wearing diapers again occasionally during the day.

I totally get it. I've been dealing with a big health issue and it got worse in 2024. My bladder has become practically uncontrollable. I found a new specialist doctor and things have started to get better last summer.

I went to the sea 🌊 Before that we saw a swimming pool that was a museum (it was weird but pretty) ! Then I walked a lot, I ate a burger and an ice cream. My mom gave me a big poster with drawings about going on adventures 🤩 And I got a Frisbee as a gift at the restaurant ! 😃🎒

After the appointment the, dentist gave me a reward because I was very good 😇
It's so they can make sure people are recycling properly and not throwing non-recyclables into the wrong bin... which makes sense, but it's really annoying 😕

I always try to console myself with the positive side : i often have plenty of place for souvenirs. When i went to Rome in february, the friends i went with were happy to have an empty suitcase to bring back souvenirs and not pay for extra hold luggage 😅
One thing i will never get used to with incontinence, which always exasperates and anxious me : travelling 😧 Did I take enough diapers ? Garbage bags ? Where can i buy some in a hurry if I need them ? Not to mention the space it takes up. This is just for six days.
Too much talc ? No, just plaster 👷♂️
