As much as I love the Tales series, all of Bandai's remasters/ports of it have been very low effort. Heck, Symphonia is from the GameCube era, ran at 60 on that device, and still somehow managed to be locked 30fps on all platforms. Bandai just not giving time for any optimization.
Tethergeist, Lucid, and Rogue Eclipse are my recs that haven't been mentioned yet!

Exactly. Sister Splinter and Trobbio were easy to me, but Last Judge kicked my teeth in for awhile. High Halls gauntlet was one try for me, didn't realize it was a "boss" until hearing folks' struggle a couple days later. Meanwhile I took like 20+ tries on an Act 3 boss that friends cake walked 😂
Imo it might just be a fight suited to what you are skilled/practiced at. I cruised through the high halls gauntlet but struggled on other fights people found really easy 🤷♂️ Everyone's experience with that game is different and that's cool.
Early Access and the way they managed their community across all their updates helped humanize that team in ways that only helped Baldur’s Gate 3, weird for the studio to be so willing to throw all that goodwill away.
