The Sangeet called for Black tie. Edwardian Dark Blue silk velvet jacket, antique silk top hat, stiff collar and shirt, my great grandfather’s bow tie, patent opera pumps, Edwardian drafted trousers, coral and cutsteel brooch and 1840s white work embroidered waistcoat (made in India).

I have spent the past week polishing about 35 brass candlesticks for my Grand Regency Ball in January 😂
Amongst everything I'm busy with at the moment, it was really lovely being able to catch up with @pinsent-tailoring.bsky.social at TORM (the biggest UK reenactors market) this weekend, whilst recruiting for my #RevWar French group.
