That said, there are substantial data showing improbable patterns in vote distributions in key swing states. Several bomb scares were called in to certain polling stations, particularly in PA. The machines were left fully unattended when the buildings were evacuated. Take a minute and look it up.
I think you’re confusing paper ballots with mail in ballots. This refers to voting machines with paper records. WA and OR have mail in ballots- no voting machines or polling stations. It’s fantastic. Different than paper records at in person polling stations.
