I also started to join a union, just in case 😉
(I wanted to do that anyway and just needed a push to finally fill out the forms 😅)

I was able to clear up her confusion with my timesheet in under a minute and she was happy. Non-issue 🫠
But I told her to please communicate something like that differently next time, because I was very stressed out (understatement /s) all weekend 🤯
I don’t know if the got it, but I hope she did.

I even marked that in the roster (boss wants that and most people don’t even do that) and my sheet. And instead of taling a look at the roster and seeing „ohh, Robin was scheduled for 8 to 3 and left at 2:30 on a days with low numbers, that checks out 👍“ she wrote me that ominous post-it note 🙄🤬

Update on the timesheet work-drama:

*Of course* it turned out to be a complete non-issue 🙄
I didn‘t make any mistakes. My boss thought that on several days that I worked later than what was put on the roster (which is a no-go) but instead I was send home earlier (which is what the bosses want)

I wish she would have just said what exactly the issue was on her note or waited until Monday altogether.
I'll try my best not to let it ruin my weekend, but I'm just not good at turning my head off like that.

I just hate that I'll have to wait until Monday cause of course she was out of the office today.
I know that realistically it won't be a big deal and I didn't do anything wrong or bad on purpose, but it still feels so bad 🙁 (6/?)

So I feel like I might have made a mistake without even knowing or that they think I did time-theft for some reason (which I didn't do but I'm still so scared of. I hate breaking rules and am always afraid of accidentally doing it 😟) (5/?)

With an ominous "We have talk about that. Come to my office." on it. Usually, when she spots an error, she clearly marks it on the sheet and tells people to correct it. And I don't know what I did wrong. I try my best, but the bosses have been very micro-manage-y lately about stuff like that. (4/?)

My current team has some lovely people, too, but the team dynamics are just so toxic. It’s honestly the worst part of my job.
And to make weekend an overthinkers nightmare my boss put my timesheet for january, that I put in n monday, back in my little office tray (3/?)

… so others got to switch out of my current team and I had to stay.)
A lovely colleague that is going to retire in summer now said she will ask our boss to make me her ‘successor’ if I want to. That would be amazing. I’ll miss her so bad, she’s just the best <3 (2/?)

Work was an emotional roller coaster today - I'm in a different team for two weeks, which is lovely and various people keep telling me that I should switch to their team permanently. Which would be a dream come true, but so far it wasn't 'possible' (I asked a few times ... (1/?)

I already finished this shawl in December, but I was sick for most of December and January so I’m just starting to catch up on things 🧶
The snow was just so pretty so I used the opportunity to take some photos outside ❄️

Seeing how much my tension changed over the year is kinda funny to see 😅
The finished worm is around 3,5m long and for now it lives on my sofa. It's not perfect and therefore I love it 💚

We’re on appropriate-for-work-colleagues-friendly terms now and that’s fine. She generally calmed down a bit and seems way less paranoid. And I’m genuinely happy that she seems to feel better ☺️

Thank you for your answer. It’s luckily been a while since she actively bothered me. In the end what helped was exactly what you suggested - walking away from these convos every time, not engaging and repeating my “I don’t wanna talk about that”.
