As if trying to speed sketch portraits in 3-5 minutes isn't enough of a challenge... I tried speed collaging at today's #drawingisfree 😅 what do you think?

Quick portraits from today's #pencils4tea session. I loooved the playlist. Gave myself an extra challenge... Speed painting... I did not always have enough time to finish the portrait mix colors or wash brushes, but it was a great way to start the evening with you all ❤️

Back after a few weeks — jumped into today’s #pencils4tea and brought out my clunky crayons and paint sticks.
There’s something about using toddler tools that makes it all feel looser, freer, more fun.
Thanks to everyone who posed + hosted. Just what I needed.

Ook zag ik laatst twee zwanen bezig, na afloop streken ze liefdevol met de halsen langs elkaar, dat was een heel mooi gezicht. Wel wat anders dan die groepsachtervolgingen bij die arme eenden

Ik zag er ook net twee bij de tramhalte, heel mooi gezicht, jammer dat ik de tram moest pakken en niet kon zien of het wat geworden is.

Ah that's where it goes 'wrong'... I like to draw faces, so I tend to portray people looking up not down.... It stimulates me to draw fast before they get suspicious 😅 I am amazed that people next to me never look nor comment...

Nice! Here's my commute. Still feel safer secretly drawing with my finger on my phone than with pencil and paper...😅
