Yes that’s been true for some time now which is why you literally have to use keywords from the listing to even get an interview (ask me how I know). That said at some point a human might be final say (like for a physician residency for example). Lots to factor in.
Most industries agree they don’t even physically look at the second page of the CV these days, but your industry is atypical in so many ways I probably shouldn’t even speculate.
I don’t think the usual advice of “don’t use anything from 10+ years ago” really applies given development schedules.
I used to push that game on customers when I worked at the blue video store because I thought you got residuals because I am a savvy businessman who understands contracts and loves their friends.
