As a former theater kid, I have to run a monitor through my headphones so I can hear myself. If I can't hear myself I'm either too loud or too quiet, there is no middle ground.
This is like 100% relevant to my interests and exactly what I did with Snap Spectacles (or whatever they were called). I just wanted to take pictures and videos of wildlife.
