Yeah, absolutely. There's a lot I liked as a whole but his silent defiance of the prescripts and setting up Ryoshu so that she might find her own destiny, rather than her predetermined one, was really touching for me.

Lonely Waves

Rien ended up being a character I absolutely love. His life's story and relationship with Ryoshu were incredibly touching.
