This week, I attended the Midlands Strategy Deliberative Event. It was wonderful to meet colleagues at different stages of their career, from different sectors. Collaboration is at the heart of the strategy and we’re grateful for the time that they took to get involved.
We’ve been meeting with nurses, midwives and nursing associates up and down the country to hear about their experiences, hopes and ideas for the future of our professions, that will inform the Professional strategy for nursing and midwifery.
