GOP & their unhinged leader talk about how violence has dropped since he took office. So the next logical thing to do? Dismantle funding and programs put in place BEFORE he took office, whose effect became evident AFTER he took office. My advice is this: DO NOT believe anything you hear on Feb. 24.
