White people have never been oppressed for being white because whiteness was quite literally invented to oppress non-whites.
White voters in the U.S. have repeatedly illustrated that they lack the foresight and strategy plainly apparent with Black voters.
Why? So many reasons—all involving their racism.
It’s partly b/c white people have never been oppressed for being white—this translates to an air of self-centeredness.
Watching MS-Nows coverage of the midterms and it dawns on me that so much of "opinionated" programming is speculating about "other groups" (the latino vote, the black vote) but rarely is "what are the white voters doing ?" ever asked by the predominantly white news team. 🤔
Truly the most violent people who project that others are really the violent ones. SMH.
