Burgundy looks great as does magenta?
Green for the lenses is classic but I'm surprised how much I like the blue?
After playing with speed paints for a bit, I thought I'd try my hand at a more traditional method.
Edge highlights are still difficult but I've tried.

Thanks for the help! They had a little eat and a drink and I took them out this morning but they didn't seem to want to fly away.
I've taken them to a local vet who handles avian care to see if they are chipped or registered.
Hopefully they can find a way home somehow?

This is really out of my area of experience but I had to do something?
I went inside and got a box and punched some holes in it
After trying to lure them into the box I opted just to scoop them. I was worried if they stayed where they are they'll get eaten or squashed
I've given them a tiny portion of rice and some water and left them in the box
So, I drove home from my friend's today and as I got back there's a pigeon blocking my parking space.
I got out and had to move them so they wouldn't get run over. They seemed to be sitting really still.
A quick Google search says a blue leg band means they're domesticated or a pet
