Fair enough. But it seems to me that you have taken the bad experience you’ve had with these 6 people and their conclusions and then come to the conclusion that every other medical practitioner in the entire NHS would provide you with the same awful service.
Have you ever checked if there are other GP practices in your area that you can register at? Because some practices and some GPs are just more accommodating than others. They are, after all, human. Which comes with all the human issues of bias and complexity. Shop around.
My last day in Munich and I’ve found an incredible cemetery. What a beautiful place. Such an incredible variety of burial styles. Some amazing statuary and beautiful flower planting.

Failing this you can get a private GP appointment without insurance at any BUPA healthcare place. You just pay circa £100 and you may end up with a private prescription which will mean you have to pay full price. But sometimes that isn’t that much.
Pre-existing conditions can be covered by private health care. It just might increase your premiums.
Those provided through work are often less flexible than those paid for personally.
Unsure if it is the best solution in your case but I pay for private healthcare which I think would cover what you’re looking for. That being said it’s not cheap at nearly £75 a month. But given the number of health issues I’ve had the last few years I feel it’s money well spent.

If anybody wants a very fun sapphic fantasy regency romance, I do recommend Daughter of Mystery by Heather Rose Jones. Inheritances, baronies, chaperones, operas, and duels in a fictional Mitteleuropean princely state with an interesting magic system and a dashing love interest/co-protagonist.
