Today would have been the 81st birthday of Arthur Lee. I've played his songs constantly since 1967 —with Blonde on Blonde, it's what I listen to the most, what digs the deepest. If I've learned anything from his music it's that he's out there, somewhere. And I hope he is able to receive the love.

Another medal? Soon I'll look like one of the Royal Family. 😂😂😉

A genuinely upsetting image showing an old, palatial room and a small girl with her back to the camera. Next to the girl is a tall, dark figure with long hair who absolutely does not look right.

This digital image from 2015 was taken at Hampton Court Palace & seemingly shows a ghostly apparition. Some say that the figure is the spirit of Dame Sybil Penn, a lowly servant of the Tudors.

I saw this pic for the first time today and all I know is I absolutely do not like it.

It replaced the old footbridge, which was damaged beyond repair in the 1996 IRA bombing (a day I was shopping in the Arndale centre with my mum when we were hastily evacuated before it went off). It links Marks & Spencer/Selfridges building to the Arndale and tge meyrolink tram runs below it. A cycle is leant against a lamp post on the left as shoppers go about their business

The picture shows an impressive gorge landscape, which is the Arribes del Duero Natural Park. This region is located on the border between Spain and Portugal. The Duero flows through the valley, which has cut deep into the granite rock over millions of years, forming steep gorges known as "Arribes". The slopes are covered with Mediterranean vegetation, including juniper, oak and, in the lower areas, often olive and almond trees. In the background, a bridge can be seen spanning the deep gorges, as well as fortifications and retaining walls on the slopes. The area is known as a special protection area for birds, especially griffon vultures, golden eagles and black storks.
