I was told I can't use the sleep meds bcs of the anti depressants and the thyroid meds 😭 like wtf... Maybe I should ask a doc to give me a transferral to a sleep analysis or whatever

The thing is.... It doesn't matter when I go to sleep. I go to sleep at 10? I'm awake by 2 am and can't fall back asleep. Tho it's more I just lay awake, toss and turn, and just can't sleep. And when I fall asleep? Yeah, 4 hours and we are done...

Chat how can I finally manage to sleep more than 4 hours a day...
