🚨Excited to share 📝 on TIAN in CNS lymphoma after CD19 CAR T. Key findings: 1) TIAN occurs early after CAR (median 3.5d). 2) Larger baseline tumor volume is a risk factor. 3) TIAN correlates with improved ORR/PFS 4) Autopsy findings support localized on-tumor, on-target neurotox, distinct from ICANS
