being the oldest sibling can truly be exhausting.

I have 31 more days until I turn 30 and I definitely am ending my 20s with a bangggg baby

but I experienced something for the first time this past weekend and I honestly feel amazing about it lol

ever since I got a full body stretch/massage, I’ve felt a level of deep sleep I have never experienced before.

I will be going back once a month bc I have never felt such peace in my shoulders in all my almost 30 years of living lol

I just went to the store last night and everything was gone on a Thursday and it pissed me off.

it gave me flashbacks when I worked at Walmart during covid. everybody was ignorantly buying up everything for nothing.

when I first started seeing stuff on this storm, it truly felt like satire lol bc why are we acting like this doesn’t happened damn near every Jan?

anddd another thing lol I truly feel like the news is purposefully freaking southerners out just for us to buy up everything just for it to be what we’re used to anyway.

yes the south is not used to snow, but we are damn sure used to ice at this point and know to just keep our asses as home lol

don’t get me wrong, I understand that people can lose power and all of the things but honestly I feel like they tell us the same thing every year

to me, this is just all about preparedness. we should have survival kits and generators and canned food anyway not 10 packs of charmin toilet paper

we live in such a greedy ass country inside and out lawdddd! why is everything in the store gone???

like I get it. you need to stock up but damn! you dont need all the toilet paper and 15 cases of water for a “once in a lifetime” ice storm weekend that we damn near get every year….

seeing the “early 2000’s” used as a theme is wilddd bc this was my real life LOL my whole childhood and the fact it feels nostalgic is terrifying but comforting bc YEAHHH we had so much fun!
