Christmas dinner turned out well. Mashed potatoes with garlic, leg quarter from one of our turkeys, salad, cranberry orange apple sauce and dressing 😋 lemon pie for dessert

They are all sourdough loaves.
Three are rye, one is plain with everything seasoning. Inspired by a sourdough post I'd seen.
Before I changed careers, I was an RN in a US hospital. Lots of my patients (who grew up during the pre-vaccine era) had lingering medical issues caused by their childhood illnesses.
Happiness is two blooms and a third will soon open. ❤️😊 This was Mom's cactus which I think is 70-80 years old.

I'm baking sourdough bread for tomorrow's customers. A few minutes ago, a lucky egg customer bought a small cheese & everything seasoning fresh out of the oven. Doesn't get much fresher. 😉

Wednesday night supper 😋 pasta sauce made with fresh tomatoes and vegetables.
We received 0.7" of rain. Not as much as some, but rain barrels and tanks are replenished. Thank you 🙏

Well it might be hot enough to cook an egg on a sidewalk. Fortunately we collect eggs several times a day and do not sell precooked eggs FYI 😁

Thank goodness for the Instapot 😉 I cooked a Cedarstone chicken quarter with BBQ sauce, maple syrup and water. Made a white gravy for the rice and broccoli. An easy meal after being outside most of the day.
Tuesday night supper after another full day 🙂
It's a beef & moose burger. Eating out of our freezers involves lots of options.😋
