Interesting for me to visit an area with so much history. An impression still quite evident from the time Hannibal turned his elephants loose in Granville, Ohio, after crossing the Appalachians. The herd was supposedly drunk on fermented apples.

Another way I've tried to represent fieldstone masonry. This was REALLY work! Bits of this and that, often painted, then glued on and in-filled with Spackle "mortar". Luckily, this will not appear with the lime works.
