#gamedevelopment If you're working in Unreal Engine and you don't know about this, AMD's GPU Open has a fantastic guide on optimizing for Unreal 5 with Epic's cryptic not exposed to "Project Settings" configs.

Did the same test, same result. Told it to actually look at the shape and it took a solid 2 minutes to tell me that it is indeed just a U bracket lol
Yeah i got a set of the ones that were advertised on SideQuest for the Quest 2 and they helped a ton.
If theyre not a specific kind of glass you can get lenses that fit into the Quest 1 - 3 screens that have your prescription. Recommend as someone who has to squish their glasses into the Q3 to see anything
100% These are the kind of conversations I want instead.
Tell me about how you learned assembly just to remove IoT from your fridge!
I love programming, but if anyone talks to me about being a 10x or 100x engineer ever again, i'm quitting to join that ex Microsoft dev in Goose farming.
There's more than just Mooseheads now?!
I think the best part about tools like this are the inevitable forum posts asking how to fix some incredibly simple problems
Wild that Brisbane is about to be hit by a cyclone and my neighbours are mowing their lawns
A bunny character with mechanical legs on a huge slab of meat.
A cat-tus gal playing at the beach, a beach ball is about to hit her
A red Oni is running at you with her bloody mace
A 3D printed model of a Chicken girl, she is holding a leaf over her head
Want your character in 3D? Maybe even a 3D printed model for display or tabletop games? A cool main character for your upcoming indie game?
I'm open for commissions!

Stand up desk and a treadmill still has to be the best way to exercise while at work, would recommend.
Finally reprogrammed VPC for VS 17, 19 and 22 support and I have a new level of respect for anyone who's ever worked on Valves Project Creator...
I also gutted your Reg Checks, and I regret nothing.
Now time to write a UI to generate projects without requiring the CLI
