for a while i haven’t been okay. i’m thankful that i’m in a situation where there are resources and help available, a safety net for those who are struggling.

i’ve had to take some steps back in order to rebuild my life with healthy habits, and i’m starting to feel like i’m ready for the future 🐥❤️

also been trying not to sleep on my back to rule out some sort of apnea situation, but i’m not convinced that it’s apnea that was causing it..

i would also regularly wake up to pee once a night but now i just sleep 8 hours flat and wake up fresh as hell.. clean air might be goated

i just got an air purifyer and besides the air just generally feeling “cleaner” when i breathe, it seems to have stopped my regular nightmares

idk for sure if that’s why, but i had bad nightmares for 3 days leading up to me getting it and i havent had one in like 4 days now
