On our morning walk, my husband, who is very understanding about my #ADHD. laughed when I brought up hyper-focus and sad it was a contradiction. People really don’t get that. He very sweetly listened and was fascinated by my explanation.

Saying stupid things aloud (or not) and then over analyzing whether or not you said the stupid thing or just thought it, and also, was it stupid? 🤷♀️
Also, "Post a sticky-note to the door" to #ADHD people.
I'm thankful for my husband's enthusiasm for my stupidity. So that's an ADHD thing, huh? We have a snoring bird in my neighborhood and no one finds that interesting, whereas there are days it's all I can think about! (I mentally dress him in scarves and hats and I know he's sipping cocoa.)
