I was doing oldschool html/css/jquery/ajax/php/mysql then around 5y of Swift.

it's hard to use it again when you tasted vscode but would love to come back to iOS development if Xcode is more lightweight and faster. for now ill stick to flutter.

Would work but I personally prefer to be consistent across the board and not thinking about it later on. It’s like with turning signals in the car. I don’t look if someone is behind me or not. I do it every time and it’s automated.

Don’t do that. You never know what future brings. It’s always easier not to think where you shared keys in repo or where you not.
