While I continue to battle with Photoshop to make a relatively simple animation I thought I would post another old drawing I made of a cool looking dragon drawn by Carlos Herrera. This piece was made on printer paper with a crummy black pen over the course of an hour or so.

Excellent painting! The intertwined colors give it a potent flow. When I look at it I actually think the word “Inspired” because that’s how I imagine my new ideas when something finally clicks and pours out previously unimagined worlds!

This was certainly a fun pose to work on! Dynamic poses like looking strait up or down always add an interesting focal point that must usually be deflected by some other element of the image.

Often just a little time away from a piece will open one's eyes to how much better it can be; I'm just glad that happened for me before I got too far on this frame.

It's still not great but I believe it's way better than the initial sketch.

I can’t tell what my favorite aspect of this painting is whether it be the awesome water reflections, crisp trees, or wonderful sunset with fluffy clouds. Wonderful painting!

Silhouette for the first episode. It's satisfying to finalize the character designs to get a more distinct outline.

The first image is the first sketches before the characters were complete. The second image is the silhouette in frame. The third is the fixed designs.

I’ve played too much Super Metroid. This neat painting reminds me too much of the plant boss.

I first encountered that issue with Mr first PS3 game: InFamous. One controller, lost charge during final boss fight, no pause. Nearly had a heart attack scrambling for a charge cable! Needless to say: I lost the boss battle.
