My own wol is a hyur and I did a lot of digging to learn about hyur specific content and culture but it's shockingly hard to dig up 😭
As far as I know the only big names for hyur culture are ivalice rabanastre at least for the mainland of eorzia
Also ivalice is much the same seeming to be a deeply hyur centric kingdom too!!
I didn't expect it but I can see it, looking at it in comparison to rabanastre a majority hyur city with a huytian royal line and ala mihgo (I can never spell it right) being much the same and very close to ul'dah, also iirc bozja and zandor had some hyur population but that one is a reach
It's seeming because there where no hyur around for so long that other places already had they're class systems cultures and city's somewhat developed to some degree every hyur just kept flooding the mainland over and over, and Highlanders did have a kinda good thing going for a while I guess
