I bring this up because I observe this in the metaphysical & spiritualist communities where, especially those ppl thinking they're going to ascend to a 5D reality, but are themselves judgemental. It's all noise & no leading by example.

No matter how spiritual or self evolved or how much knowledge you proclaim to be, have, or be stock piling, it doesn't amount to much if your life isn't in coherence. No one is perfect, & we're all aligning ourselves in our own way. Inner peace & stillness open us to receive.

Any1 else have any advice on gaining confidence doing this work & moving through these first episodes?

These 1st few podcast episodes Ive done have me feeling very awkward. I kno that I have to start somewhere, but I feel very frustrated with how Im having issues looking at the camera, retaining eye contact, & using filler words. It’s bothering me. I feel weird & embarrassed. 1/2
