In the North Carolina General Assembly, Carla Cunningham, Nasif Majeed, and possibly Shelly Willingham, all conservative Democrats who have voted to overturn Josh Stein's vetoes, are on track to lose their primaries. Look at God.

i guess you'd want to always start with the general domain + subdomain where you can.
if you rely on redirecting the TLD as it winds down, you still have to keep renewing that TLD to continue to redirect
either i guess!
in a specific case of say a new project with new TLD, and you want to have sharable links in that project, i'd probably make those sharable links with the more general domain + subdomain from the jump
if you're providing URLs that other people will use, think for a bit about which domain to use. you can have lots of TLDs for lots of projects, but one more general one (w/ subdomains) for outward links. so you can later prune the TLDs without link-rot
game sure has changed since when they were all b(r)ill/ian billi(check)k and such
wow great listen! a lot of people say ~you can just do things~ but this guy really made his own badugi solver and used it to crush the wsop, amazing
pls
this is fine bc its very good at lots of other things
ai is p bad at implementing complex/detailed/custom ui
so claude code just has no feedback loop?
anyone use vimflowy?
but where do i send/put text notes?
for just links, i love readeck. easy to host on fly.io for free and seems to _just work_. as expected from a go project with a focus on no dependencies. nice simple API that does one thing well
let's talk selfhosted/open-source bookmarking services!
does anyone use hoarder/karakeep? i really like how it supports text notes, but the codebase looks a bit messy.
e.g. those text notes are in the trpc backend but not the api. tons of open issues, don't think any about that
is datastar good?
its def self-indulging but i think of it more in the context of homelab stuff. people like to tinker
why isn't this more popular in ruby? martinheinz.dev/blog/90
this is true of many things and a great reminder to stay humble and show grace
if you're a swe who thinks timezones are easy/solved, you likely have not worked on a hard timezone-related problem
the user experience is simplified
seeing this get a lot of traction, so just wanna clear things up. per there website: Soperator is A Slurm-based workload manager for ML and HPC clusters with a modern and simplified user experience.

lol at slack's status page being yellow and not red
that sounds like a small feature of a bookmarking service, not some hype-y AI thing, whoops
I wanna do the curating, not claude.
i do think url โ markdown for llm is useful.
so perhaps a simple table of your messages and links, with nice "copy markdown" button(s)/options is the sweet spot
phone-to-mcp seems obvious (text things to a number, claude is aware of those things)
but i don't think i'd ever use it personally?
chrome-to-mcp seems a little better since it could extract and ingest the link, but still...
excellent work! I think the SmartNodeProcessor needs a way to extract urls from text, then fetch markdown from a url if it doesn't. need to dig into, looks really cool
great job!
