Anyone can draw stick figures, they can even trace one over a photo reference or use a poseable 3D model.

I think the biggest damage to the art community was the obsolescence of gallery sites (y!, deviantart, etc) and the rise of scroll-by social media, like twitter and even tumblr. Art is not ''content'', you shouldnt need to post art every day (or every month!) to be relevant. This mindset sucks.

After dinner last night, a social media influencer came up to me and wanted to take some video and photos. So now I am on someone else's Instagram LOL

I save art I like to a folder to display on my 3 desktop monitors. It changes every 30 minutes. Sometimes I accidentally save a meme to that folder.

Last night I got greeted to a minion on a cross getting grucified.

I've been drawing more environments for class and it's been nice getting that practice. Illustrations feel more alive and full to me when I can put a character in a scene. It's satisfying when things look right in perspective!
