More I'm sad. I want to live in a country where being healthy isn't so difficult. I want to walk more, have food that's nourishing. Everything just feels...ready to chew you up all the time - just *existing* is tough.
I gotta work in exercising and not just eating less but better.
I like the scale not creeping up and I like also not having people randomly telling me I'm fat out of nowhere. It is also funny having lost a fair amount of weight and Dr's still telling me i should start losing weight soon.
I've been on mounjaro for diabetes management - but the way it's *everywhere* now is just weird. I checked today bc some clothes have felt funky and I'm kinda 20 pounds down from my heaviest.

The improvement in this is no longer deciding that I'm being unreasonable -- either people can meet it or don't. They'll either get angry or not.
