You can definitely see the colors better with a camera. That said, some of these were so bright I could distinguish the green versus the pink with the naked eye. My camera's video wasn't good enough to capture the movement properly—they tell me if you have a really great video camera, it's possible.

All I had to do was initiate a missing mail search, reach out to the seller of the item, have a chat discussion with a USPS employee, and email the USPS. My theory was that if I was annoying enough, my package might get unstuck. I wish I could charge them by the hour for my time.

Everything is truly terrible, but my niece's birthday gift, which has been stuck at a USPS distribution center for two weeks, is finally out for delivery.
