I feel like Internet has lost a lot of the value it had.

I don’t know that here is any different now.

I have been posting on Substack through Staunch. But I don’t equate long form writing and reading with these platforms.

I don’t know how long I’ll be around here. I’ve been reading books again mostly. Not spending as much time internetting.

Threads, yes it’s a contemporary of this. In that it’s a similar way of interacting with the vast human online experience. I just felt like I was being sold something by everyone, even if it wasn’t financial transactions, it was a transaction for my attention but without offering a worthwhile focus.

I’m back on here, for now at least.

It’s been over a year since I visited. I didn’t leave, I just haven’t logged in for a while.

I haven’t been many other places though. I did post a few bits and pieces on threads and lots of photo on insta. I don’t equate insta and here though.
